Ordering procedure

Please order by Online / Fax / Email / Mail
We will contact you shortly confirming your order. "Order Confirmation" automated email / notice.
When you receive your order confirmation, please make sure:
- Your order is correct
- Delivery address
- Payment amount
- Payment method you selected
- Delivery method you selected
Postage, total amount, payment details will be informed in "Payment information" email / notice.
We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the payment and send you a "Shipping advice" email / notice.

Payment methods

Direct Bank Deposit
You can direct deposit into our account online or at a bank in person. Once you place your order, we will send you our Bank Account details (Commonwealth Bank) for your payment. Please include your order number in the transaction comment. Please inform us when you clear the payment, if possible. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders.

Cash on Delivery
We can arrange C.O.D.(Cash on Delivery) by Australia Post. Please advice us if you prefer C.O.D for your payment. Australia Post will charge you postage & fees for providing service with your payment amount. For more detail: Australia Post

Credit Card (via paypal)
You are able to pay with your credit card via the paypal service. Paypal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card. Returns policy

Returns
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and return your purchased product with the receipt. You will be required to pay the postage. All returned products must be: * Unused * Unopened * Undamaged

Detective goods
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, if you find any defect. Please return the receipt with the defective product. We will refund the original product price and postage. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement pruduct one we receive the return.

Damaged goods
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery, if you receive a damaged product. Please return the receipt with the damaged product. We will refund the original product price and postage. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement product once we receive the return. We can not accept a product, if damaged after the receipt of your purchased product.
