| Shizuoka, JAPAN is a famous for "Fukamushicha". What is "Fukamushicha"? Fukamushicha is steamed two to three times longer than normal tea (Sencha) producing a green tea with rich flavor and aroma. This technique makes sweetness and bitter less. The shape of leaves become slightly fine, and the color is darker. However, the taste remains just as sweet and moderate, and the fragrance is richer and deeper. Aya Green Tea provide you mainly "Fukamushicha".
