However, we found that is not so easy to buy a good quality green teas. The high importance we put on our products are quality and freshness. | Shizuoka, JAPAN is a famous for "Fukamushicha". Q. What is "Fukamushicha"? A. Fukamushicha is steamed two to three times longer than normal tea (Sencha) producing a green tea with rich flavor and aroma. This technique makes it sweeter and less bitter. The shape of leaves become slightly fine, and the color is darker. However, the taste remains just as sweet and mild, and the fragrance is richer and deeper. Aya Green Tea provide you mainly "Fukamushicha". We hope that you enjoy our tea and makes your tea experience a little different! |
